The Colorado Chautauqua Association,
founded in 1898, is a living Historic District, committed to its original
mission of providing education, cultural enrichment and recreation
for its visitors.
A variety of gardens and parks provide the perfect setting for peaceful
reflection, a family picnic, concert or a game of frisbee with good
friends. Want to wake up in the mountains? Cottages can be rented
nightly or short term.
Experience a broad range of musical and theatrical offerings in the
auditorium, a national landmark building with a unique exposed wood
interior. Indulge in a delicious meal at the Historic Dining Hall
serving breakfast, lunch and dinner year round. The educational programs
include discussions, literary circles, lectures, classes and symposiums.
